About NDIS Invoice
NDIS Invoice is built and run by Cory Nathan in Gippsland, Victoria.
Why it exists
Cory spent his career in operations management, most recently as General Manager of Operations at a regional Victorian health service, where part of the job was making sure what was delivered matched what was claimed. Sole-trader support workers face the same problem with none of the back office: one wrong support item code or an out-of-date rate and the invoice bounces. NDIS Invoice is the tool he wished those workers had.
What the tool does
You log a shift. The tool works out the support item codes for the time of day and day of week, applies the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (2026-27 v1.1), and checks every line before you send the invoice. The pricing engine is maintained by Cory and versioned against each published price guide.
What it is not
NDIS Invoice is independent. It is not the NDIA, not a plan manager and not a registered NDIS provider. The check is against the published price guide. You remain responsible for what you claim, and anything the price guide leaves unclear is flagged rather than guessed.
