NDIS Price Guide 2026-27
Find any support item code and its current price limits - just type what the support is in plain words.
About this price guide
Free instant search of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2026-27 (v1.1), effective 1 July 2026. Around 972 support items across every schedule - core supports, capacity building, capital, plan management, support coordination and specialist services.
How NDIS price limits work
Every item has a national price limit and, for many items, higher limits for remote (MMM 6) and very remote (MMM 7) areas. All limits are GST-inclusive. Plan-managed and agency-managed claims cannot exceed the limit. Self-managed participants can agree to a different rate in writing, but most providers stick to the published limits.
Why invoices get rejected
- Old or retired item codes that are no longer in the current schedule.
- A unit price above the cap for the participant's region.
- The wrong item for the day or time band (e.g. a weekday code claimed for a Saturday shift).
Try the invoice checker to catch these before you send.
Frequently asked questions
What is the NDIS price guide?
The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (the 'price guide') is the NDIA's schedule of every support item code registered providers can claim and the maximum price for each. It's updated at least once a year. This tool searches the 2026-27 schedule (v1.1), effective 1 July 2026.
How do I find my support item code?
Type what the support is in plain words - 'cleaning', 'sleepover', 'physio', 'support coordination' - or paste an item number if you already have one. The tool searches item names, descriptions and codes across every schedule.
What do the three prices mean?
The NDIA sets a national price and separate higher limits for remote and very remote areas, defined by the Modified Monash Model (MMM). MMM 6 is 'remote' and MMM 7 is 'very remote'. If your participant lives in one of those areas you can claim the corresponding higher limit.
Are the price limits GST-inclusive?
Yes. Every price limit in the guide is GST-inclusive. Most NDIS supports are GST-free under GST Act s38-38, but where GST does apply it must be inside the limit, not on top.
Can I charge more than the price limit?
Not for plan-managed or agency-managed participants - the plan manager or NDIA will reject the claim. Self-managed participants can agree to a higher rate in a written service agreement, but most stick to the published limits.
