Terms of Service

Who we are
NDIS Invoice is an independent Australian product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NDIA or the NDIS. We use the word "NDIS" only to describe what the tool is compatible with. By using the app you accept these terms.
What this tool does, and what it does not do
NDIS Invoice helps you record shifts and produce invoices, and checks the lines it produces against the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
It does not provide financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. It is not a claiming or payment system, and it does not submit anything to the NDIA or to a plan manager on your behalf. We do not guarantee that any invoice will be accepted or paid.
You are responsible for what you claim
You remain responsible for the accuracy of every invoice you send and for your own tax and NDIS obligations. Before you submit a claim, check it against the current Pricing Arrangements and against the participant's plan and your service agreement.
About the price checking
Support item numbers and price limits come from the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, at the version shown in the app. Prices and rules change, sometimes mid-year.
At the time of writing the NDIA has published the 2026-27 price tables but has not published the 2026-27 claiming rules for travel, cancellations and non-face-to-face supports. The app tells you where a rule could not be validated against a published source. Treat those areas as your judgement call, not ours.
Your obligations
- You are 18 or over and using the app for a genuine Australian support-work business.
- You have the participant's consent to record their information (see our Privacy Policy).
- The information you enter is accurate and the supports were genuinely delivered.
- You keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account.
- You do not use the app to prepare a claim you know to be false.
Fees
The app is currently free while in early release. If we introduce a subscription we will tell you before you are charged, and you will be able to export your data and leave rather than pay.
Availability
This is an early-release product. We may change or interrupt features, and we do not promise a level of uptime. We will not delete your data without telling you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the app is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost income, rejected or delayed claims, or indirect loss.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully. You can export your data before you go.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
